98% of patients say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last GP appointment. (Local average – 87% and National average – 89%)

98% of patients say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at treating them with care and concern during their last GP appointment. (Local average – 85% and National average – 87%)

100% of patients had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last GP appointment. (Local average – 94% and National average – 96%)

96% of patients felt the healthcare professional recognised or understood any mental health needs during their last GP appointment. (Local average – 83% and National average 87%)

99% of patients who felt their needs were met during their last GP appointment. (Local average – 93% and National average – 95%)
