Repeat Prescriptions
The repeat prescription requesting service has changed. You WILL need to register for Patient Access if you have not already got an account.
We will make exceptions for any patients who may be unable use the NHS App due to age or disability. Please let us know if this is the case.
All repeat prescriptions requested before mid-day will be ready within 72 hours. If you request an item that is not authorised as a repeat, this will take longer to process as approval will have to be sought from a doctor.

Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications .
All repeat prescriptions have a review date printed on the prescription, please ensure you attend for a review atleast a month before this date. This is to ensure your safety on the prescribed medication and to avoid unnecessary delays to further repeat prescriptions for you.
The GP may also occasionally write a message on the right hand side of the prescription script for your attention, please check the script for these messsages.
